    • Cream of 12% liquid - 100 ml;
    • Mustard - 2 tablespoons;

    • Olives - 8 pieces;
    • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon;
    • Mustard seeds yellow

    • salt to taste.

Instruction

1. Warm broth in a small saucepan or a deep pan. Broth can be used both pork, and beef. It is possible to use even chicken broth. Everything depends on your personal flavoring preferences and existence of any given products near at hand. It is also possible to replace broth with water, however from it the taste of sauce will be not such saturated.

2. Pour in broth in cream a thin stream, at the same time carefully mixing. Add to a saucepan also two tablespoons of mustard and lemon juice. If desired it is possible to add yellow seeds of mustard. Well mix. Stew sauce on small fire within 5 minutes.

3. Salt and pepper to the taste. You can add your favourite spices to sauce. Remove a pan from fire and add one tablespoon of olive oil. Very well mix, slightly shaking up a fork. The creamy mustard sauce is ready. Enjoy your meal!
