During a hot summer time there is always a wish to regale on something light and tasty. I suggest you to prepare a fruit dessert from a melon and a nectarine.

It is required to you

  • - a melon - 800 g;
  • - nectarines - 4 pieces;
  • - lemon juice - 4 tablespoons;
  • - vanilla sugar - 1 tablespoon;
  • - couscous - 2 tablespoons.


1. Divide a melon into 2 parts and crush one of them on cubes of the small size. With nectarines make the following: carefully wash and take stones. Leave one nectarine, and cut the others pieces.

2. In a pan lay out the following ingredients: melon, nectarines, juice of a lemon and vanilla sugar. Put the received mix on a plate and you cook on weak fire until it doesn't begin to boil. After boiling of weight slightly increase fire and prepare within 10 minutes. The crushed fruit have to soften.

3. Shift the softened fruit in the blender and crush to a condition of puree. Then add to them couscous. Carefully mix the received mix then cover and don't touch until it completely doesn't cool down.

4. Lay out the received weight in glass glasses. Cut the remained nectarine on equal pieces, and cut out volume figures in the form of balls from a melon. Decorate with the cut fruit this delicacy. The dessert from a melon and a nectarine is ready!
