How to prepare a soyamilk

The soyamilk - drink from soy, is used as replacement of cow's milk at an allergy to animal protein, besides, soy - a rich source of potassium, magnesium and vitamins A and group B.

It is required to you

  • For a soyamilk:
  • - 1 cup of soybeans;
  • - 11 glasses of water;
  • - 1/4 glasses of sugar.
  • Kitchen utensils:
  • - blender;
  • - a big cup (has to contain at least 11 glasses of water);
  • - several cups;
  • - gauze;
  • - wooden scapula for stirring;
  • - capacity for storage of a ready soyamilk.

Instruction

1. Put soybeans in a deep bowl and fill in with water so that it covered all beans, leave to otmachivatsya for 8-11 hours in the warm place. Whenever possible use mineral, purified water, but not crude from under the crane as from it the soyamilk can gain unpleasant smack.

2. Add water as necessary if it evaporates that beans remained under water all the time. Shift beans together with that water in which you soaked it, in the blender, crush, add about four more glasses of water, mix to receive uniform bean paste.

3. Take a big piece of a gauze, put time in 5-6, fill in bean mix in a gauze and squeeze out over a can. Squeeze out as much as possible liquid.

4. Put the remains of beans (pressing) from a gauze in the blender, add three more glasses of mineral water and mix to receive homogeneous mass. Wring out mix through a gauze once again, and then return the remains of beans to the blender again, fill in with two glasses water, mix and filter once again.

5. Boil a crude soyamilk: pour it in a deep pan (that ¼ pans I remained free) and put on big fire. Constantly stirring slowly, wait until mix begins to boil, you watch closely that milk didn't stick to a pan bottom, scum with a surface milk (then do the so-called "Korean asparagus" of it).

6. Add several drops of cold water to milk, it will help to reduce amount of foam. Reduce fire at boiling milk and you cook it even minutes eight, constantly stirring slowly.

7. Filter via the thin filter (the gauze in four-five layers, coarse calico in two layers, a sieve or the microfilter will approach). Boil the filtered milk once again, add fragrances to taste (cinnamon and vanillin, vanilla, chocolate, fruit and berries, honey).
