It is required to you

  • fillet of a turkey,
    • dry white wine;
    • lemon juice;
    • bulb of the average size;
    • garlic;
    • 3 fresh cucumbers;
    • three fresh tomatoes;
    • 2-3 fresh paprikas;
    • parsley
    • thyme
    • basil;
    • vegetable oil for frying;
    • flour for a breading;
    • salt

Instruction

1. Wash up fillet of a turkey and carefully dry napkins. It is possible to cut each fillet in half if pieces seem to you too big. Sprinkle lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside for 3-5 minutes that meat was slightly pickled.

2. Well warm a frying pan and pour on it vegetable oil. Roll in each steak in flour, shake superfluous and fry from two parties on strong fire that the crisp crust was formed. Don't pour out fat, and for a while remove a frying pan from a plate.

3. Peel onions and garlic and small cut. Try not to grate garlic, when frying it loses appearance and looks unappetizingly. In a brazier with a thick bottom fry them on vegetable oil till golden color.

6. Fry on strong fire within two-three minutes, slightly stirring slowly. Then lower fire and cover a dish. You extinguish about 15-25 more minutes on slow fire, depending on the size of pieces of fillet.

7. While meat is stewed, a paprika wash up and accurately clean from a fruit stem and seeds. Cut ringlets 0.5 cm thick and fry in the oil which remained from frying of a turkey.

8. Well wash up cucumbers and tomatoes, cut circles and add to pepper when it becomes soft. Vegetables have to be reddened slightly. Salt, pepper and mix.

9. When the cucumber becomes soft, shift a vegetable mix in a brazier to a turkey. You extinguish on slow fire of 3-5 more minutes.

10. Before giving on a table sprinkle a ready-to-eat meal lemon juice and strew with greens. As a garnish boil potatoes.
