It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of eggplants;
  • - 1.5 kg of tomatoes;
  • - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 1 tablespoons of salt;
  • - half of hot pepper;
  • - garlic head;
  • - 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 tablespoons of 9% of vinegar.

Instruction

1. We husk tomatoes, it can be done by means of a knife or boiled water. You watch what way is more convenient to you.

2. We put the peeled tomatoes (1 kg) in the blender and we crush. We shift tomato weight in a pan, we put on small fire and we cook 15 minutes, when cooking we remove the formed skin.

3. We wash eggplants then we cut circles 0.5 cm thick. Small we slice hot pepper. The remained tomatoes are largely cut.

4. In a pan we put large pieces of tomatoes, eggplant circles, we salt, we add sugar and oil. We prepare a baking plate by a cover of 20 minutes then we mix. After that we prepare 20 more minutes.
