It is required to you

  • fish fillet — 400-500 гр;
    • milk - 1/5 glasses;
    • oil (creamy);
    • egg — 1 piece;
    • bread — 1 slice;
    • semolina — 2 tablespoons;
    • seasoning (for fish);
    • bread crumbs;
    • salt (to taste);
    • pepper (to taste);
    • the fennel (cut).


1. Wet a bread slice in milk.

2. Via the meat grinder miss a fish fillet. If it very watery, then is better to wring out it.

3. Squeeze out bread, having exempted from milk, then miss it via the meat grinder.

4. Add egg, small cut fennel, semolina, seasonings, salt, pepper, oil to the turned-out forcemeat. Let all this will infuse within 10 minutes.

5. Moisten hands with water and begin to mold sticks. Their form has to be approximately such what can be seen at this dish which is on sale in shop: small, slightly flat. Well bread sticks in crackers.

6. Prepare a frying pan, drip a little vegetable oil there, fry sticks before formation of a crust. They have to gain golden color.
