How to prepare grechanik

Grechishniki – the baked products from mincemeat and buckwheat reminding meatballs. Such dish is dietary, doesn't demand a garnish and approaches as a nourishing dinner. It pleasantly diversifies the habitual menu and will please house with the taste.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of mincemeat;
  • - 1 glass of buckwheat;
  • - 2 heads of onions;
  • - egg;
  • - carrots;
  • - 1 glass of water;
  • - 3 tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • - salt and a black pepper to taste;
  • - parsley greens.

Instruction

1. Wash buckwheat, boil until ready in the added some salt water and cool to room temperature. Then add it to forcemeat together with egg and the bulb which is passed via the meat grinder. Season all with salt, pepper and properly mix.

2. Peel the remained onions and cut with half rings, and carrots – large straws. Fry them in a small amount of vegetable oil. Then add tomato paste and water. You boil within 3 minutes, and then salt a little.

3. Create small balls from forcemeat and lay them in a form for roasting. Fill in with the made fried vegetables and put in the oven warmed up to 200 wasps for 20-30 minutes. Ready grechanik strew with small cut parsley and give with sour cream.
