It is required to you

  • - 2 spoons of a desi;
  • - 30 g of the crushed shallot onions;
  • - 1 garlic glove;
  • - a half of a tablespoon of the crushed thyme;
  • - 180 ml of any ale;
  • - 500 g of mussels;
  • - tablespoon of Dijon mustard (at will);
  • - 2 spoons of the crushed parsley;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Mussels need to be washed up carefully. In a frying pan on average fire we kindle a desi and we fry on it onions shallot within 4 minutes. We add the crushed garlic and a thyme, we fry 1 more minute.

2. We add ale to a frying pan, we bring to the boil and we add a mussel. We close a frying pan a cover, we prepare mussels of 6-8 minutes.
