- 400 g of chicken;

- salt and pepper.
Instruction
1. Bake pancakes. For this purpose mix warm milk, eggs and sugar and also a salt pinch. Pour a little vegetable oil there. Then you rub flour into dough, carefully stirring it that lumps weren't formed. Dough has to turn out rather mobile, viscous. Take a frying pan with low edges, it is possible with non-stick coating. Warm in it 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. When oil practically boils, pour out on a frying pan surface a small amount of the test - about a half of a small scoop. If necessary slightly turn a frying pan that weight was evenly distributed on a frying pan. Fry pancake on several minutes from two parties, if necessary add vegetable oil to a frying pan.
2. Be engaged in preparation of a stuffing. It can consist of mincemeat. For this purpose scroll in the meat grinder 200 g porkof and beef and also a half of a bulb and a piece of bread. Salt and pepper forcemeat and fry it in a frying pan in vegetable oil.
3. Try more difficult stuffing with a salmon. Cut a fish fillet small into cubes. Crush onions and fry in a frying pan of 5 minutes, then add fish and prepare 4 more minutes.
