The simplest recipe for russulas following: •   we take necessary quantity of mushrooms – 500 гр or more •   we put water on gas •   we throw them into boiled water for 5-10 minutes •   then we throw back them on a colander •   we put a frying pan, we pour sunflower oil we fry potatoes and then we cut onions there •   we put mushrooms on a frying pan, we mix and we fry to the necessary consistence. Fried russulas better than other mushrooms are suitable for boiled potatoes. Also they can be disturbed with a fried potatoes, to add to porridges, to do of them salads. But still it is possible to salt russulas. Fresh-salted russulas as mushroom mix – an excellent delicacy.
