  • For 2 portions:
  • - 500 g of large champignons;
  • - 0.5 pieces of a large napiform bulb;
  • - 225 g of forcemeat;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. We wash champignons and it is cut accurately off at them legs. Very small we cut them.

2. We cut a half of a head of onions by means of a knife in very small cube. Also the usual grater or (that it is even better) the combine perfectly will be suitable for crushing of onions. We pour into a bowl, there we add forcemeat and the crushed legs of champignons, carefully we mix. We don't forget to add salt and pepper to taste and to mix once again.
