  • - 2 kg of beet
  • - 2 kg of a white cabbage
  • - 0.5 kg of carrots
  • - 0.5 kg of onions
  • - 2 liters of vegetable broth
  • - 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • - 2 tablespoons of salt
  • - 6 tablespoons of nine-percentage vinegar

Instruction
