However and here does not do without reefs: before deciding on weight loss in the similar way, it is necessary to consult with the doctor – so tight restrictions can be categorically contraindicated.

What can be eaten during this type of a diet? It is recommended to use firm grades of cheeses – with the small content of fat, without the expressed sharp taste. Besides the main product the dietary menu includes also other low-calorie products: for example, eggs, cottage cheese, kefir, fresh vegetables and – it is obligatory! – a large amount of liquid for all day. For example, the full-fledged dietary lunch includes about 50 grams of small polished cheese and a portion of vegetables. One more bonus of such food – any problems with cooking: it is possible to crumble a product on a special grater which enters a standard set of knives.

If for a full-fledged diet you lack endurance and will power – it does not matter: will allow to dump several excess kilograms concrete dietary dishes from the same product. For example, cheese grapes and walnuts salad. Besides the main ingredients the preparation will require only greens and seasonings. Using a special knife for cutting of cheese, crumble a product small cubes, mix it with the fried kernels of walnuts and the cut grapes. Spices, as they say, to taste! Certainly, salad will not approach for a role of a daily dish because of the low caloric content, but will perfectly fit for fasting days.

Finally, whatever way of weight loss you chose – in everything the measure is necessary. Fanatical approach and a hunger strike not only will not improve your appearance, but also can lead to very serious diseases. And, as we know, beauty is health.
