5. If in the nearest future kernels aren't necessary for you, pack them differently. Place nuts in a plastic container, densely close a cover and put on the top shelf of the fridge. You watch that water or other liquid didn't get to capacity – nuts can grow mouldy. Can successfully be stored in such type of a kernel up to six months. 6. Even longer – about one year – the peeled nuts are stored in the freezer. Inwrap dry kernels in food wrap or a foil and place in the deep freeze.
