Large stones of tropical fruits are attractive. They want to be tried. However some of them aren't too useful because they contain toxic substances. For example, the seed of avocado is dangerous to animals and is harmful to the person. It is possible to use an avocado stone, but only not in food.

- Avocado, water, matches or toothpicks, thin drill, earth, pot, cotton wool (gauze or cotton fabric).
Instruction
1. Choose ripe "an alligatorova pear". From a crude fruit the seed won't sprout! If you get too firm avocado, paper fruit for several days – it will ripen.
2. Accurately remove oily pulp of avocado, gentle with a soft nutty flavor. Properly clean a stone and wipe.
3. Prepare substrate of the earth, humus and sand in a pot. Put in it a stone, having thrust it a wide bottom side. Dig it not completely, and only on a third of all size. Water in a pallet plentifully in the spring and in the summer, it is moderate – in the fall and in the winter. In few months the sprout will appear.
4. For acceleration of process use pregermination. Inwrap an avocado seed in damp cotton wool, a gauze or a cotton rag which constantly moisten. After a while – from two to four weeks, the stone will crack, backs will appear. Put it in a pot with the earth suitable for avocado. Deeply don't dig in.
5. Couch an avocado seed in the open way. Drill in a stone at the level of the middle three small holes approximately equally spaced. Insert three matches or toothpicks into these openings. Do holes at a small angle that the avocado stone well kept on sticks. They will serve it as a support. Set up a design on glass with water. The wide party of a seed has to appear below. Maintain water level. The stone has to concern water a few. In several weeks from a seed of avocado will sprout backs.
6. When there will be a lot of backs, and length will reach them 3-4 cm, put a stone in a pot with a diameter up to 9 cm. Don't bury a seed completely. Cover with the earth only on a third. By this time from a top side of a stone the sprout can already appear. Don't delete the remains of a firm peel from a sapling. Later time it will become gently pink, smooth and will decorate a plant.
7. Replace the tree which grew up up to 10-15 cm in a pot of the bigger size. You keep a plant in the light place, but not on direct sunshine.
8. Think up other design for maintenance of a stone of avocado. The main thing, adhere to the principle that the wide party of a stone has to be in constant contact with water.
