  • - kefir (crackers) – 0.5 St.
  • - eggs (crackers) – 1 piece.
  • - salt (crackers) – 0.25 tablespoons.
  • - baking powder (crackers) – 1 tsp.

Instruction

1. To make chick-pea, it is necessary to fill in it with water approximately for about 12 hours, to wash out, and again to fill in with water that covered, then to add 0.5 tsps of soda and to boil minutes 45-50. After it it is necessary to filter, lay off couple of peas and to make puree of homogeneous mass.

2. Make takhina sauce. Fry sesame about 3-4 minutes, then crush in the grinder, add sesame oil, caraway seeds, juice of a lemon and paprika. Smooth paste turns out. This paste needs to be added to chick-pea puree, to mix and salt. Give it with vegetables salad, having cut in it vegetables, garlic, greens, olive oil. Salt.

3. Usually to hummus give to Pitt, but it is possible to make also low-calorie crackers. For this purpose it is necessary to crush 1 glass of oat flakes in the coffee grinder, to add a half-glass of whole-wheat flour, salt, caraway seeds, paprika, baking powder and everything it is good to mix.
