Jelly cake with fruit: recipe

Jelly cakes are delicacies which not only are incredibly tasty, but also are very beautiful. Besides, the majority of jelly cakes have much the smaller caloric content, than other desserts that the people keeping the figure can appreciate.

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - 200 grams of sugar;
  • - 250 grams of flour;
  • - four eggs;
  • - teaspoon of vegetable oil.
  • For cream:
  • - 100 grams of sugar;
  • - 300 ml of sour cream.
  • For a stuffing:
  • - one banana;
  • - one kiwi;
  • - 500 ml of juice;
  • - two tablespoons of gelatin.

Instruction

1. First of all make jelly. For this purpose in a deep bowl pour out juice, add to it two tablespoons of gelatin and leave for about 40 minutes that gelatin properly inflated. After time warm up mix on a water bath (for gelatin dissolution) and let's weight cool down at the room temperature. Remove a dish for about 15-20 minutes in the fridge.

2. In a deep bowl shake up eggs with sugar to a condition of dense foam. Add flour to weight and accurately mix everything that dough didn't settle.

3. Oil a form for roasting vegetable, shift in it dough and place a form in the oven warmed up to 180 degrees. Baking time - 20-25 minutes. It is the best of all to use a split mold. As soon as the cake layer bakes, let's it cool down slightly then cut it in half lengthways.

4. Pour sour cream in a deep dish, add sugar and shake up everything to full sugar remelting. Put one cake layer in a split mold and impregnate it with a sour cream (use only a half of cream). Peel banana and cut it thin rings. Lay rings from above on a sour cream.

5. From above lay the second cake layer on bananas and impregnate it with the remained sour cream. Peel a kiwi, cut fruit in any order: rings, cubes or segments. Lay cut with a kiwi evenly on a cake (it is possible to lay out some drawing).

6. Get from the fridge semi-stiffened jelly and pour out it from above on cake. Remove cake in the fridge at least for two hours that jelly properly stiffened.

7. Take ready cake from a form, lay out it on a tray and cut on flank steaks. Jelly cake with fruit is ready.
