Way of preparation

Properly wash a cranberry with clear water and knead a spoon or a masher. After that pour out the fourth part of broth in a bowl, cool to room temperature and part in it one tablespoon of starch. Add two tablespoons of sugar to the remained three quarters of broth and put the received weight on fire. As soon as broth begins to boil, pour in it in broth with starch and carefully mix everything. Let's kissel begin to boil and immediately pour it in ceramic ware before full cooling. That kissel was cooled quicker, ware can be put in a pan with ice water. When drink is cooled approximately up to 50 degrees Celsius, it is necessary to enter into it a thin stream cranberry juice and to mix carefully before receiving homogeneous mass. The glass prepared for cranberry kissel can be decorated beautifully. For this purpose the edge of a glass should be greased with segment of a lemon and to dunk it into sugar or icing sugar.
