Light salad with a Brie cheese and pine nuts

Bree is the king of cheeses and cheese of kings. Thanks to the distinguished and pungent flavor he became a frequenter on a table of gourmets for a long time. This cheese is good not only as snack, but also in various salads.

It is required to you

  • - Brie cheese, 100 g;
  • - pine nuts, 50 g;
  • - grapefruit, 1 piece;
  • - avocado, 1 piece;
  • - arugula;
  • - basil;
  • - olive oil;
  • - dry champagne;
  • - salt.

Instruction

1. Fry pine nuts in a dry frying pan, previously having shelled them.

2. Peel grapefruits from films and a peel, break on large pieces. Peel avocado and cut into small pieces. Mix ingredients in one bowl and slightly sprinkle champagne. Leave in such look for 10-15 minutes.

3. Add arugula, several leaves of a basil to the infused mix of avocado and grapefruit, slightly salt, sprinkle olive oil and mix.

4. Slice a Brie cheese thin and lay out from above on salad. Decorate a dish with pine nuts. Enjoy your meal!
