Preparation from cucumbers – a great option as for a daily table, and perfectly is suitable for the festive menu. The recipe is rather simple and doesn't demand complex ingredients.

It is required to you

  • – fresh cucumbers (1-2 kg);
  • – leaves of horse-radish of 4-6 pieces;
  • – fennel umbrellas (4-6 pieces);
  • – coarse salt (140 g);
  • – garlic (4 heads).

Instruction

1. The first stage is a preparation of vegetables. For this purpose take cucumbers of the average size, well wash out and clean from pollution. Fill a basin with water and lay out clean cucumbers. Leave vegetables for 4-6 hours for soaking.

2. Until cucumbers are in water, prepare banks. Carefully wash each can and covers with water with yourself. Further sterilize in any convenient way. Put all cups on a clean towel.

3. Clean heads of garlic with a knife, remove the top film. Sort fennel on umbrellas. Well wash out horse-radish leaves. Turn each can a neck up. Put several garlic gloves in banks, then fill other space with cucumbers which have to adjoin densely to each other.

4. Further it is necessary to fill in banks with pure otstoyanny water. From above put according to one leaf of horse-radish so that the neck banks was completely closed.

5. Take a clean gauze and cut on several squares. Put in a gauze of 2-3 tablespoons of coarse salt. Tie edges of a gauze in a dense small knot. Place a gauze with salt from above of each can. The gauze has to concern water in order that kristallik of salt could be dissolved.

6. Expose all banks on a tray, without closing covers. Leave preparation for 2-3 days. During this time process of salting and of cans will begin excess liquid will flow out.

7. After 3 days remove a gauze from each can. Carefully wash a baking plate with flowing water leaves of horse-radish and umbrellas of fennel. Drain water in a deep pan and well boil. Don't forget to add water that the brine turned out not strongly salty.

8. Fill in with the turned-out brine cucumbers in banks and roll up the sterilized covers. Put cups in a cold spot.
