At curdled milk there are a lot of useful properties. For it it is also loved. Curdled milk can be drunk, and it is possible to use also as ingredient for many, often unexpected, dishes. One of them – mix of vegetables in curdled milk sauce.

It is required to you

  • For a vegetable mix: 1 eggplants, 1 squash, 1 carrots, 2-3 tomatoes, 1 paprika, salt, pepper, vegetable oil.
  • For sauce on curdled milk: 1 glasses of curdled milk, 2 tablespoons of ground walnuts, 3 garlic gloves, spices: paprika, Tarhun, salt, pepper.

Instruction

1. We cut vegetables in cubes. We oil walls and a bottom of a cauldron vegetable and we heat on a plate. We put carrots, tomato and pepper, we pour a quarter of a glass of water, we extinguish 5-10 minutes. We add squash and eggplant (we don't add water!), we salt and we pepper to taste. We extinguish to full readiness. We allow vegetables to cool down.

2. We cook sauce. We press garlic, we mix with salt and we add to a bowl with curdled milk. We fill up nuts and spices there, we mix everything. We fill in ready vegetables with sauce and we put in the fridge for a couple of hours. The dish is ready. It was only necessary to warm it. Enjoy your meal!
