Gentle, very soft cookies with apple taste. It remains soft even next day though hardly such delicacy will live till next day. You shouldn't feel sorry for some apples - the their more, the it will turn out more tasty.

It is required to you

  • - 55 g of a desi;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 large apple;
  • - 1/2 glasses of sugar (glass volume - 200 ml);
  • - 1/2 glasses of a refiner syrup;
  • - 1 1/2 glasses of flour;
  • - 3 tablespoons of sour cream;
  • - 1 h baking powder spoon;
  • - salt, raisin to taste.

Instruction

1. Shake up the softened desi with two types of sugar, add chicken crude egg. Shake up before formation of air mass. The amount of sugar can be changed as upwards, and in smaller - everything depends on your flavoring preferences.

2. Sift separately flour with salt and baking powder for the test, mix a dry-mix. Gradually enter it into oil and egg mix, add sour cream. From these ingredients knead dough for future apple cookies.

3. Take a ripe and fragrant apple, wash out, remove a core, cut small into cubes. If you want, you can peel apple that cookies turned out even more gently. Fill up apple cubes in dough, carefully mix a wooden scapula. At this stage it is possible to add a raisin handful to dough though cookies and without it will turn out sweet and tasty.

4. Lay a baking tray parchment, lay out on it dough a teaspoon. Have small small groups of the test at distance from each other because it will creep away. Put a baking tray in an oven.

5. Cook soft apple cookies at a temperature in an oven of 200 degrees, there will be enough 12-15 minutes - watch degree of readiness of cookies, otherwise it will begin to burn.
