- For ten portions:
- - 350 g of flour;
- - 150 ml of milk;
- - 125 g of raisin without stones;
- - 120 g of sugar;
- - 50 g of a desi;
- - 20 g of a fresh yeast;
- - 1 egg;
- - 1 tablespoon of a grated lemon dried peel;
- - salt pinch;
- - egg for greasing, sugar for ornament.
Instruction
1. Wash out raisin, dry it. Warm up milk, crumb in it a fresh yeast, add 2 h a spoon of flour and 1 h a sugar spoon. Mix everything to uniformity, let's a sponge dough approach (put to the warm place), on it about 20 minutes will leave.
2. Sift the remained flour in a deep bowl, put 100 g of sugar, lemon gratings, a salt pinch there, hammer egg. Add the suitable sponge dough, knead smooth uniform dough, add to it raisin and butter, properly press down, put in a bowl, cover with a towel, leave for an hour that dough increased in volume.
