It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of plum;
  • - 300-400 g of sugar.

Instruction

1. We begin preservation of plum with sterilization of cans in which we will roll up it. Traditionally they will be sterilized over steam or calcinated at high temperature in an oven. Of 0.5 l or 0.7 l is better to take banks.

2. Now we pass directly to preparation of plum. For this purpose we select ripe (indispensable condition) plum of the average sizes free of defects. We wash fruits and we allow them to dry. We cut each plum on two parts, we take out a stone. We spread halves on a baking tray densely to each other, we put them so that they looked pulp up. Then we sugar at the rate of 300-400 g of sand on kilogram of plums. The amount of sugar can be increased if fruits insufficiently sweet. We put a baking tray in an oven and we expose temperature of 200-250 degrees.

3. As soon as plum begins to begin to boil, we switch off an oven, we take out a baking tray. Accurately we shift this mix in sterile banks, we roll up metal covers. Before surely we boil covers within 5-10 minutes. We overturn banks upside down, we cover with something warm like a blanket, we hold before cooling there. Right after preparation, canned food seems liquid, but then contents of cans are gelatinized. Banks can be stored at the room temperature.
