Perhaps, the sourest of a citrus, a lemon is very useful fruit, vitamin-rich A, B2, C, P. Juice of a lemon is used for preparation of many dishes and exotic cocktails.
Instruction
1. The easiest way receive lemon juice – to use the juice extractor. A citrus is very soft fruit therefore they can be processed in any juice extractor. Wash out a lemon and cut it on a half. Most often m juice extractors food processors allow to leave a skin on fruit. Place parts of a lemon serially in the device for receiving juice and act according to the instruction. Perhaps, you should squeeze out juice hands; if you use the electric equipment, then it will make this work for you. If it is necessary, filter the received juice through a sieve or a clean gauze rag to purify it from pulp or stones.
2. If you near at hand have no juice extractor or you need a small amount of lemon juice, use tableware. Wash out a lemon and cut it on two halves, keeping a peel of whole. Insert a teaspoon into the center of one half so that it cut pulp through. Lift fruit over a cup. Holding a spoon in a lemon, squeeze its peel hands. When almost all juice flows down in a bowl and it will become difficult to squeeze a lemon, begin to rotate a spoon in a lemon half, at the same time squeezing a peel a free hand.
3. Peel a lemon and cut it on 2 or 4 parts. Put lemon segments in a deep cup and squeeze them a fork. Of course, a part of juice will remain in pulp, but you will be able to take the most part of sour liquid from fruit.
4. Lemon juice is squeezed out much easier after heat treatment of fruit. Place a lemon for 2 minutes in boiled water, and then cool. After that use any way of a pressing of juice. You will need much less time for squeezing, at the same time juice won't lose the useful properties.
5. Clean a lemon from a dried peel and cut it into small pieces. Inwrap lemon segments in a gauze or pharmaceutical bandage. Twist fabric, holding it over a cup for juice.
