It is required to you

  • Main ingredients:
  • radish Daikon and carrots
  • For almond and ginger sauce:
  • 1 big pepper
  • 1/4 glasses crude (not fried and unsalted) almonds
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/4 glasses of red onions
  • 1 garlic glove
  • 1/2 inches of fresh ginger
  • 1 slice of red burning pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons of crude apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of the spring or filtered water
  • salt to taste
  • For ornament:
  • Lemon and broccoli

Instruction

1. Beautifully we stack the main ingredients grated or cut by a spiral in a soup plate. Pay attention that if you don't mix daikon and carrots, it will give to bigger originality to your dish.

2. For creation of sauce, place all ingredients in the blender and process, don't receive creamy consistence yet (perhaps, with addition of a small amount of water).

3. Put the turned-out weight on top of a plate and decorate a dish with lemon segments, fresh greens and inflorescences of broccoli. Appetite pleasant to you!
