As replacement of habitual mayonnaise recommend to use fat-free yogurt. Such salad won't lose gustatory qualities, and the content of fat will decrease more, than by 3 times. It is even better to use cabbage salad without sauces, and to impact relish lemon juice and vinegar in small amounts.
