It is required to you

  • - the cooled chicken wings - 1.5 kg;
  • - a soy-bean sauce - 30 ml;
  • - tomato paste - 200 g;
  • - salt - to taste;
  • - the black pepper ground - to taste;
  • - sunflower oil - 20 ml.

Instruction

1. Wash the cooled chicken wings with water. It is possible to use and frozen, previously having defrozen them. But the cooled fresh meat products are usually more tasty.

2. Place wings in a big bowl or a pan - that it was convenient to mix. Salt, water with a soy-bean sauce. Consider that a soy-bean sauce salty in itself.

3. Add tomato paste and ground black pepper. Then well mix everything. Having covered with a film, put ware with wings in the fridge for 20 minutes.

4. On a baking tray lay a foil. It is possible to do also without it, but then the baking tray should be washed. On a foil pour sunflower oil, distribute it.

5. Now spread wings on a baking tray. Here the most important is to lay them closely to each other. Then they won't burn and will turn out juicy. Pour out the tomato soy-bean sauce which remained at the bottom of ware on wings.
