  • - germinated wheat.

  • - vegetable oil.
  • As addition to a dish (at will):
  • - sour cream,
  • - condensed milk,
  • - jam, etc.

Instruction

1. Mash cottage cheese a spoon. Add one egg. Carefully mix. If you want to lower caloric content cheesecakes, use cottage cheese with the minimum fat content, and replace egg with 1-2 tablespoons of sour cream or 1 tablespoon of milk.

2. Add two tablespoons of flour and a pinch of salt. If desired add sugar (at most - 1 teaspoon), but according to this recipe cheesecakes turn out appetizing and without addition of sugar. It is also possible to add the raisin (which is previously washed out and soaked in water) or germinated seeds of wheat. Carefully mix everything to homogeneous mass.
