Fish is the fine dietary product containing huge amount of substances, valuable to a human body. The mackerel differs in remarkable taste and ease in preparation and also is perfectly combined with many other products.

It is required to you

  • - 550 g of a mackerel fresh-frozen;
  • - 1 carrots;
  • - 145 g of onion;
  • - 520 g of champignons;
  • - 50 g of semolina;
  • - 50 ml of mayonnaise;
  • - salt;
  • - mix of pepper;
  • - oregano;
  • - 30 ml of vegetable oil;
  • - paprika and curry;
  • - lemon, greens for ornament when giving.

Instruction

1. Fish clean, remove all fins, the head, a tail and an entrails. To properly wash a baking plate with flowing water, to get wet with a napkin, to cut lengthways and to remove the ridge. Then to rub with salt, pepper and an oregano.

2. Onions and carrots to clean, crush. Wash up, dry, cut and fry mushrooms on sunflower oil together with onions and carrots. Add to them salt, paprika and semolina. Carefully to mix everything.

3. Put a mackerel on a cutting board, grease inside with mayonnaise and put a stuffing. Then to connect halves of fish and to tie with a strong thread.

4. To shift to the oiled foil fish, to water from above with mayonnaise and to strew with seasonings. Then to inwrap it in a foil and to bake in an oven within 35 minutes.

5. That the surface of fish turned out ruddy, it is possible to slightly open a foil in several minutes until ready.
