It is required to you

  • - 2 mackerels;
  • - 2 carrots, 2 bulbs;
  • - 1 bunch of fennel;
  • - 2 tablespoons of gelatin;
  • - salt, pepper to taste.


1. Take two fresh mackerels, wash out it, carefully exempt from all stones and cut lengthways on two halves. Pepper and salt a small fish, at this stage you can season fish with any spices to the taste.

2. Wash out a bunch of fresh fennel, shake off it excess moisture, chop more small and strew with it on fish a plentiful layer.

3. Peel carrots and bulbs, rub carrot on a big grater, and small chop onions. Fry onions together with carrot on a small amount of vegetable or olive oil, lay out on one half of a mackerel on all length a half of vegetable weight. Strew the soulmate with 1 tablespoon of gelatin. Do the similar procedure with the second mackerel.

4. Connect halves of a mackerel, densely inwrap in food wrap in several layers. Put two wrapped up small fishes in the boiling water and you cook within 30 minutes.
