It is required to you

  • - 300 g of fillet of a turkey;
  • - 1 bulb;
  • - 50 g of mushrooms, for example, champignons;
  • - 200 g of green peas;
  • - 30 g of cheese эмменталь;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - glass of cream;
  • - 3 tablespoons of cognac;
  • - 1 tablespoons of flour
  • - 100 g of ham;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - salt and pepper.

Instruction

1. Clean a bulb and small cut. Wash out and cut mushrooms with plasticity. Warm a part of a desi in a frying pan, fry in it onions within 5 minutes. Add champignons to onions and, stirring slowly, prepare 3 more minutes. Salt mix and pour in a half from the cream put according to the recipe there. Bring sauce to a condition of boiling and prepare on average fire until it a little thickens. For this purpose it is possible to add a little flour in addition.

2. Be engaged in preparation of meat. Fillet of a turkey cut on four enough thin a slice. Warm the remained oil in a frying pan and fry in it meat of 5-6 minutes to semi-readiness.

3. Rub cheese on a grater. In a separate bowl mix it with the remained cream, there break egg. Pour flour, pour in cognac and salt. Shake up the turned-out mix a fork to relative uniformity.

4. Oil a form for roasting. Put the fried fillet on a bottom. Cut ham into cubes and put on each piece of a bird. Then distribute the turned-out creamy mushroom sauce on meat. From above lay green peas, then water all this with earlier prepared mix of eggs, cheese and cream.

5. Warm an oven to 180 degrees. Put in it a form and bake meat within 20 minutes. Also, to protect a dish from darkening, it can be covered with a foil.

6. Serve the turned-out turkey with a suitable garnish. Boiled rice or pasta from firm grades of wheat and also a fried potatoes will approach such combination. As wine it is possible to give white dry and also sparkling Italian drinks, for example, of Prosecco and Lambrusco.

7. If you don't love cream, partially replace them at preparation of a dish with the crushed fresh or tinned tomatoes. In this case mushrooms will be extinguished in tomato sauce. Also when roasting it is possible to do without egg filling, and just to strew meat with mushrooms and peas cheese from above.
