Grapes – a fine dessert and favourite delicacy of many. Its clusters give just like that for a dessert, it makes fine couple with cheeses, is good in various cakes, pies and salads, from it cook jelly and squeeze out juice. But culinary use of grapes isn't limited to these dishes, in many kitchens of the world there are recipes of soups, marinades, the stuffed bird and spicy snack with these juicy, fleshy berries.

Spanish grapes soup

— 4 ½ cups of green grapes; — 20-30 berries of green and red grapes for decoration of a dish;

— 3 cups of croutons; — 1 ½ cups of the fried almond "flakes"; — 2 ½ tablespoons of the crushed garlic;

— 1 ½ tablespoons of salt; — 1 ½ cups of dense yogurt without additives; — ½ glasses of olive oil; — ½ cups of wine red vinegar; — ½ teaspoons of honey; — 2 tablespoons of the crushed green onions.

If you didn't have croutons – croutons – take just slightly hardened white loaf without crust.

 Peel cucumbers and cut in cubes. Cut grapes in half. In a big bowl mix cucumbers, croutons, grapes, almonds and garlic. Season with salt, cover with food wrap and put in the fridge for 12-24 hours. The mix which gave juice to a pyuriruyta in the blender, wipe through a sieve and once again shake up in a blender bowl with honey, yogurt, vinegar and oil. Cool ready soup before giving within not less than 30 minutes, give, having added for appearance the whole grape berries and green onions.

Grape chutney

This spicy, juicy snack becomes absolutely special thanks to grape berries. Take it: — 10 peeled and sliced grade apples Grenni Smith; — 2 heads of onions; — 300 ml of wine vinegar; — 2 ½ kilogram of white grapes; — 350 grams of cane sugar; — 30 ml of brandy; — 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon; — 2 teaspoons of a cracked ginger; — 1 teaspoon of a fresh ground black pepper; — salt.

For chutney choose such grade of grapes in which there are no stones.

Clean onions and cut a small cube. Put apples, onions, grape berries in a pan, pour in vinegar and brandy. You cook on slow fire, stirring slowly, about 30 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and other spices and cook chutney of 2-2 more ½ hour until it thickens. Don't forget to stir slowly in preparation time a dish from time to time. Let's chutney cool down a little and shift in the glass sterilized jars. Such seasoning can be stored for years in the cool dark place.

The American chicken salad with grapes

For this purpose simple, but effective salad it will be required to you: — 1 boiled chicken breast; — 2 stalks of a celery; — 1 cup of grapes without stones; — 1 cup of the crushed walnuts; — 1 head of red onions; — ½ teaspoons of salt; — 1 teaspoon of vustershirsky sauce; — ½ glasses of home-made mayonnaise. Cut chicken meat a small cube. Clean and chop onions thin half rings. Extract fibers from stalks of a celery, slice vegetable across thin. Mix all ingredients together in a big salad bowl, fill with salt, vustershirskoy sauce and mayonnaise, well mix, cool and give to a table.
