Ventilation – sore problem of the majority of modern houses. In all apartments always there has to be fresh air for normal accommodation of people. Sometimes air vents are blocked tightly by other construction materials. Successfully to air houses and apartments, the working aspiration duct is necessary and there has to be channel of air flow from the street.
1. Natural ventilation forces out old air in extract by means of fresh. By the same principle the mechanical ventilation works. Air flow sometimes does not get to apartments because of hermetic windows and doors and does not leave in extract because of the hammered openings of ventilation and the insufficient forcing-out pressure. Also sometimes the dense brickwork and siding closes extract.
2. For check of operability of extract it is necessary to bring the sheet of paper to opening. If paper has stuck to opening, then the extract functions normally. Channels of ventilation of the house are planned prior to construction. By preparation of construction the next moments are considered: - wall of the house not less than 380 mm thick are under construction; - channels of ventilation with a section 130 at 260 mm, are laid under ceiling.
3. After preparation of openings for ventilation plastic tubes are inserted into them and bring them to the next room. The extract is built with horizontal pipe which needs to be made short to strengthen air outflow. Such extracts are under construction in case from main wall it is possible to carry out pipe to any room. All openings of ventilation in the apartment have to have the general exit. The pipe of extract has to be 2.5 bricks thick, and it is under construction above the building fad.
4. Wooden houses well pass fresh and give exhaust air. But if at construction used siding, then in ventilation there can be failures. The special ventilating system is useful in kitchen, in the bathroom and bathroom.
5. Air vents in wooden houses are in socle. The quantity of openings is defined individually, depending on weather patterns and characteristics of the area. Such windows of ventilation of 100 by 150 mm in size.
6. The vent system in wooden houses is carried out from below on upper floors and comes to an end on building roof. The wooden house has two layers. The first layer – the tree which is outside. The second layer – the finishing from other materials which is inside. Between layers air also has to circulate therefore in finishing ventilating ropes which disappear decorative elements are put.
7. Plastic windows in houses and apartments are almost everywhere put. Such windows give good sound insulation, but prevent ventilation. In order that air passed through hermetic windows, build in the special ventilating channels which allow to get to air to the room.
