The only room in the apartment has to combine the most various functions. It serves the living room, the dining room, the bedroom, the nursery, and sometimes even turns into home office. The task of owners is to unite organically in one small room all these roles, without having lost comfort and cosiness.

1. Choosing situation for the one-room apartment, give preference to the combined furniture. For example, the small studio can be equipped with extra folding bed which in the put state is made in cabinet. Instead of bulky desk acquire convenient bureau which will become the real home office.
2. Use any free space. Under window and over door opening fix regiments for books, over sofa place collection of dolls or family photos. 3. If you have child, allocate him separate space, otherwise toys and children's things "will creep away" on all room, creating constant disorder. Separate part of the room the rack or easy curtain. To save the place, order bed attic for the kid. Below it is possible to place table for classes or to equip storage for toys. Take care of good lighting that the improvised nursery was not too dark.
4. Buy stylish screen. If necessary it will cover the sorted bed or untidy things, will stand bright in light from the screen of the computer or the TV and will just decorate the room.

7. If in the apartment there is loggia, try to unite it with the room. Warm it, think over heating services. In this small space it is possible to equip the cozy bedroom, the room for the teenager or office. Consider that similar re-equipment demands special permission.
