The semicircular roof for the greenhouse fairly is considered the most optimal variant of its arrangement: water flows down from surface more actively, dust and dirt do not collect. However bent pipes or profile are more expensive normal therefore it makes sense to give them independently the necessary form.
For construction of roof of semicircular form use ordinary water pipes from metal (round, pro-thinned out) or from plastic. Methods of bending of these products significantly differ that is connected with durability of material and its profile.
Bending of plastic pipes
Usually use pipes (also rejected will approach) diameter from inch and above that depends on height of future greenhouse. At first it is necessary to mark location of construction and through certain distance (usually 1 m) at the edges of the greenhouse, along its walls, to hammer into the earth the metal reinforcing rods having diameter which would allow them to pass in plastic pipe. Ideal option – availability of pipe bending machine. But such equipment is available not for everyone. Therefore the most widespread way bending by means of template and the Bulgarian is considered. At first on the earth by means of cord carry out circle and designate arch of the required radius. On the turned-out line hammer into the earth (the more often, the better) pieces of metal pipes, wooden pegs or armature. Further the Bulgarian who needs to make cuts with step approximately to 1 cm is required, beginning from the center already cut off on the necessary pipe length. Put pipe to template and gradually bend. After the objective is achieved, the turned-out cuts need to be made, otherwise the pipe will quickly rust. There is also simpler method suitable for bending of round or profile pipes of small diameter (2,2,5 inches). The ready strong template is required. For example, it can be reinforced concrete ring of the sewerage. At first cut pipes on pieces of the necessary length and plan the middle. In pipe it is necessary to fill up well sifted fine sand and to stop up its ends with wooden stubs. Further together take for the ends of piece and lean its center against template; it is necessary to bend at the same time and slowly. It should be noted that profile pipes because of availability of stiffening fins are much stronger round therefore more considerable will be required physically efforts.
