Instruction
1. Dig trenches for the base. Their depth has to be lower than freezing point. Make sandy and gravel pillows at the bottom of deepenings. Establish over them timbering from boards and lay prefabricated reinforcement cage. Fill in with concrete.
2. Mount fixed timbering on all area of the house and cast reinforced monolithic concrete slab over tapes of the base. In that place of plate where it is provided by the project, place electro-cable and also pipe coupling. Through it the sewerage and water will be carried out to the house. Later in trench pipes for them will be laid.
3. Unload the bar brought on the site manually as it is rather easy. On the place cut preparation by the size, fasten in packs and on side surfaces cut out connecting bowls by means of the special compact machine. Lay ready elements opposite to those places where they will be established.
4. After accumulation of elements approximately on half-heights of the first floor start assembly. At first collect banding wreath. Lay it on the larch lining board processed by antiseptic. Carefully check laying geometry. When the wreath is built, parts raise it and place roofing material under lining board.
5. Start assembly of walls. Down connect bars by means of crests and grooves. On each bar carry out three similar connections. In addition condense joints with the frothed polypropylene 2 mm thick cut by thin tapes. In extreme grooves stack two tapes.
6. Down pull together wreaths by means of steel stud bolts 80 cm long and Ø18 of mm, having them outside in angular releases of bars, inside and outside in reshirts, in pediments, door and window openings, etc. on each side. Build inserted floor from glued beams. At once put over them boards, creating the continuous flooring simplifying construction of walls of the second floor.
7. For rafters of roof use eaves boards with the section of 15Х5 cm. Attach them to bar-shaped walls by means of self-tapping screws and metal corners. Perpendicular to rafters from bottom side beat wooden bars and record on them vapor barrier layer. That it has not sagged, hold it edging boards from below. Cross bars will allow to increase heater thickness from 15 to 20 cm between rafters.
8. Close the laid heater water-proofing layer, pressing its bars counterfurrings of 5Х5 cm to rafters. Perpendicular to furring beat eaves boards (8Х2 cm) and attach to them chip plates, creating continuous flooring. Paste on it bituminous tile, observing all recommendations of the producer.
9. If you wish to complement wooden lodge for mom with the oven, in zone of kitchen during filling of tie of floor arrange for it powerful concrete bed. Stack the furnace, applying pig-iron mortgage elements, "fine-molded" bricks.
10. On continuous reinforced concrete slab in the basis of half of the first floor fill layer of the kramzit and fill in concrete tie. Record on tie logs in all rooms, except bathroom, the boiler house and kitchen. Between logs lay plates of expanded polystyrene 5 cm thick. Then lay fir-tree boards. Grind flooring and varnish it. In other rooms paste keramogranitny tile on concrete tie. Sheathe lining the warmed ceilings and bevels of penthouse.
