For years people tried to find inexpensive construction material by means of which it would be possible to build houses quickly. And this material has been found: polyfoam was it. Today construction of houses from polyfoam (they are called by thermohouses) gains steam. By the way, it is possible to build of polyfoam the house and with own hand, and it will not take a lot of time.
It is required to you
- - polyfoam (polystyrene foam blocks);
- - sand;
- - armature with diameter of 12;
- - cement;
- - crushed stone;
- - concrete mixer;
- - water;
- - lashing wire;
- - pipe and cable;
- - facing material.
Instruction
1. Prepare thermoblocks for installation: clean each separate block, level them and dry.
2. Collect polystyrene foam blocks in walls, joining them at the same time groove in groove. Across and verticals shift these blocks armature. The principle of construction of houses from polyfoam is very similar to assembly of the designer.
3. Throw cement, sand and crushed stone in the concrete mixer and also fill in water in such ratio that liquid concrete has turned out.
4. After have banished four or five rows of block wall, fill in liquid concrete. Filling in solution, tap with palm on sides of blocks: so concrete will more densely accumulate.
5. Again collect the part of wall consisting of four-five rows of polystyrene foam blocks and again fill in with liquid concrete. Repeat this process before completion of construction.
6. In the building lay electrical wiring, sewerage system, water supply system and other main connections. From above cover the building with roof. Then execute standard finishing of external walls, using for this purpose decorative plaster, siding or facing brick.
