1. If you polluted upholstery of old furniture, at first clean it from dust by means of the vacuum cleaner, then the brush enveloped by the gauze moisturized with salt water (1 tsp on 1 l of water). If color of upholstery has grown dull, cover it with the fabric impregnated with solution from 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 l of water and beat out covering. Try to do it by soft blows by means of thin stick. When part of dirt is absorbed in fabric, rinse cloth and again dip in solution. Wipe greasy spots on upholstery prior to damp procedure with the rags, the wetted in gasoline.
2. The special care is demanded by the varnished and polished furniture. Take 200 ml of beer and piece of wax. Boil, cool solution and warm apply it on furniture. Let's structure dry, then polish surfaces with soft woolen rag. It is possible to use burdock oil as polish. Also such mix is good: half-glass of olive oil and same amount of wine vinegar.
3. Very often polished tables are spoiled by white spots from hot irons or teapots. The checked way of removal of such spots: rub them with paraffin (candle), cover with several layers of white paper, accurately apply moderately hot iron to the prepared surface. Traces will disappear. Spots from water on the varnished furniture delete with mix of flour and vegetable oil, traces from fingers - the cut potatoes.
4. How to change old unpolished furniture? If it is strongly polluted, to it fast processing by warm soapsuds with the subsequent thorough wiping dry will not damage. For cleaning of furniture use also rubbing it the rag, the wetted in milk. After that the surface is dried up woolen fabric.
