1. Actions can be different: who hangs up hand bells, and who invites the priest to the apartment. Anyway, your apartment has to be purely cleaned, and whenever possible try to throw out or give somebody things which are not necessary to you. When mopping you can add to water of a little holy water: it is considered that all water gains as a result the same properties.
2. If you the person orthodox, for cleaning of your living space use church candle and holy water. It is desirable for one to carry out this work or together when there is no house of anybody any more. Switch-off phones, switch off the TV and radio that nothing distracted you. Also it is considered that if at this time somebody calls you or knock at the door, then it is the sign of the fact that in the apartment really not everything is good.
3. Light candle. Beginning from outer door, you bypass all apartment, each room on perimeter, reading silently or aloud "Pater Noster" or other prayer. You christen the corners of the house or corners formed by furniture on three times, being late in places where the candle begins to crack or burn unevenly, slightly longer. The candle at the same time should not die away, otherwise it is necessary to start anew. Devote more attention to mirrors, the TV and the computer and also the bedroom. You can not come into the bathroom and toilet, cross them three times, standing in the doorway. After that, having left the apartment, cross doors, on lintel it is possible to leave the sign of cross.
4. After that you, or the person who follows you with holy water have to sprinkle with it everywhere, especially in corners and storerooms; it is also desirable to open cabinets and to sprinkle a little on shelves. After cleaning of the apartment take shower. The candle end of candle needs to be removed from the apartment (take out together with garbage on garbage can).
