1. So, after table-top material is chosen, it is necessary to determine its sizes and configuration most precisely. The sizes of table-top will be defined by the sizes of kitchen or other room where the table-top will be placed. Its form also depends on location, for example, it can be angular, consist of several parts or have opening for washing installation. It is also necessary to provide support for table-top. It can be small locker or set of shelves, and can normal legs.
2. Depending on the chosen material, the marking is made by simple pencil or the special scriber which can leave noticeable marks on marble or granite. At marking it is necessary to give small allowance for processing of cut. Process of cutting demands attentiveness and accuracy. At manual cutting it is necessary to use crenulate saw. It will reduce possibility of chips. It is quite good to use adhesive tape, like painting adhesive tape, having pasted it to the line has drunk. It will prevent possible split of table-top. When using circular saw the sawing up needs to be made from the inside of table-top. The cut edge for elimination of small agnails needs to be processed file.
3. After the main contour of table-top is cut, it is possible to start preparation of opening under washing. For this purpose washing needs to be put on table-top and pencil to outline external circuits of washing. Then by means of ruler draw cut edge in the marked contour. The distance of space can be learned in the instruction on washing. It is the best of all to make cutting opening under washing the fret saw. For moisture penetration exception in material of table-top it is recommended to process the line of section polyurethane.
