Instruction
1. Draw the detailed scheme of installation of pipes. On the scheme all bends of pipes, places and ways of their connection and fastening, drawn-off point to water intaking cranes, collectors, heating batteries and so forth have to be designated.
2. At scheme portrayal pay special attention to ensuring compensation of temperature expansions. At rise of temperature on 1 °C each meter of pipe, irrespective of its diameter, is extended on 0.15 mm. Lengthening of pipe of any length mm is calculated on formula ΔL = 0.15*L*Δt where: L – pipe length in m, Δt – temperature range in °C.
3. For compensation of temperature lengthenings use U-, Z- or loop-shaped compensators. Accept the minimum bend radius of the loop-shaped compensator to equal eight pipe diameters (for diameters of 16-32 mm). 4. Choosing places of fastening of pipes, at the same time define also fastening type – rigid or sliding. At the first way the pipe fastens to the basis near which it passes, strictly, without possibility of shift. At the sliding way it fastens in fixing collar without clip, it gives it the chance to slide freely concerning collar. 5. Provide in the pipeline of the lowest point with the crane installed in it via which water from system will be drained if necessary. The bias of all pipes in the direction of this point has to make not less than 0.5%.
6. Get all necessary products according to the scheme: pipes of the necessary diameter, fitting, fixing collars. For water heat-insulated floor usually use pipes with a diameter of 16 mm, for inner water supply system – 20-25 mm, for heating services with use of water radiators – 25–32 mm though observance of these parameters are not obligatory.
7. Start installation of pipes. For their cutting use special scissors or the cutting torch with the cutting roller. Do not allow at the same time crushing of walls of pipes. That it did not occur, use sharp tool.
8. Among themselves carry out pipe joint in the way of polifuzny welding with use of the welding machine and fitting of necessary form – T-couplers, squares and so forth. At the same time fulfill all requirements of the instruction to the device concerning preparation of position of joints (degreasing and so forth), heating temperatures, heat up time and cooling of pipes after pasting, etc.

10. After completion of works check collected system for tightness. If there is opportunity, make it pressure of 1.5-2 times exceeding working. Having filled system with water, stand her under pressure of about 1 hour then check all places of connections for availability of leaks.
