Instruction
1. Choose on the site the place for installation of the pool. It has to be solar, equal, with deep groundwater occurrance. Define where you will take out soil from ditch bottom. It can be used, for example, for alignment of slopes or construction of terraces.
2. Be engaged in the ditch device. If on your site clayey ground, make its depth 0.5 m bigger, than it is planned, and fill the excess area mixed in equal quantities by sand and crushed stone. If the soil sandy, in order to avoid sedimentation strengthen it additional concrete tie.
3. By means of mesh reinforcement execute reinforcing of ditch. Stack grid on pool perimeter, especially carefully mounting it on corners. At this stage put all elements necessary for cleaning and water drain (nozzles, skimmers, drainage pipes, etc.).
4. It is the best of all to concrete ditch in the monolithic way (without seams between the put concrete layers), however if there is no equipment necessary for this purpose, perform work in two stages. For connection of seam between the sites covered with concrete at different times use broad cord. Thickness of concrete layer has to be not less than 10 cm.
5. Concreting the sites of walls acting over earth surface (for prevention of hit to the pool of spring melt waters), build timbering. If you are going to provide water illumination in the pool, lay in concrete tie cables for the subsequent soldering to them halogen lamps. After concrete hardening, grind framework surface.
6. Concrete in itself is not capable to provide absolute tightness. To prevent drainage of the pool, it needs to be waterproofed in addition. For this purpose it is possible to use the fibreglass representing mix of epoxy resin and fiber glass fabric, PVC film, the waterproofing membranes consisting of cement, sand, latex and fiber glass, etc. After carrying out waterproofing works for two weeks leave reservoir filled with water. Having made sure of lack of leaks, pump out water and execute finishing finishing.
7. Plaster floor and walls cement screed from 2 cm thick. Revet the pool with tile. Stack it on walls, beginning from below. For the best adhesion you apply risks on the surface of the dried-up solution.
8. In conclusion of works install filters for water treatment, the systems of heating, ozonizers and other devices which will keep construction in proper condition.
