Construction in a row is contract according to which one party undertakes to construct any object for other party, or to carry out works on its partial construction or reconstruction. The customer, respectively, is obliged to provide to the contractor necessary conditions for work, and after its end to accept the constructed object and to completely pay work of the contractor, within the sums specified in the contract.
Instruction
1. Let's assume, it is about the customer receiving financing from the government budget. According to the current legislation, he is obliged to place announcements of the forthcoming construction, reconstruction, etc. on strictly certain websites: for example, www.goszakupki.ru or several electronic auction platforms. That is, if you are head of the construction organization having all necessary constituent documents, licenses, experience, and not being in the register of unfair suppliers, performers – can participate in competition or auction.
2. If the customer – the commercial organization or the frequent person, then he publishes the announcement of desire to conclude construction in a row on other websites. For example, www.bazastroek.net and to it similar. In the announcement the summary is given: what work is required to the customer what its conditions (volume of work, price, etc.). You can respond to any announcement suitable you, having given necessary information on yourself and having left contact phone numbers. And there everything depends on you: to convince the potential customer that you are capable to execute quickly and qualitatively this work.
3. You remember the wise rule: "He who would eat the fruit, must climb the hill!". It is more than enough of both the official construction organizations, and seasonal crews. The competition in this market very rigid and that the potential customer has chosen you, it is necessary to make efforts and to spend certain sum for advertizing. At least – place information on yourself on bulletin boards, and ideally – advertize yourself in media.
4. The large role is played also by so-called "gossip hotline", especially if it is about construction of country houses, economic rooms, fences, gazebos, etc. The vast majority of summer residents, especially, if they already at advanced age, attach great value to the recommendations of neighbors, relatives, colleagues and just familiar.
5. If you already performed construction jobs in this area, and with you were satisfied – consider that you were lucky, and in talk with potential customers safely refer: "And here we have constructed so and so here, can ask about us that and that …" Do not doubt – will surely ask. And more than possibly that you win new construction contracts.
