Adverse conditions in the apartment promote emergence of mold in various places – on walls, books and also in the fridge. Unlike walls, it is much more difficult to get rid of mold in the fridge – you will not remove plaster and you will not re-stick wall-paper. Even after careful cleaning the disputes of mold will remain.
- - antiseptic antifungal means (cleaning agent, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide or any other chemical means);
- - water.
1. Find out the reason of emergence of mold. Having neutralized source, you will be able to prevent emergence of mold further. As a rule, the mold appears from excess of humidity, but in case with the fridge somehow you will not be able to affect humidity. The condensate congestion is common cause. Also the mold can appear if you store mouldy product in the fridge. Disputes of mold will extend on the fridge therefore during removal of the spoiled product it will not disappear – additional measures are necessary.
2. Clean the surface of the fridge from all visible manifestations of mold. Clean mouldy surfaces with the cleaning agent divorced water. The cleaning agent can be replaced, for example, with vinegar or hydrogen peroxide – on any of antiseptics, possessing antifungal action.
3. Carefully wash all fridge clear water from within. To improve result, irradiate the fridge with ultraviolet – it will increase chances of success in fight against mold.
4. Well dry the fridge by means of the thermal fan, the hair dryer, or leave open not less than 12 hours. Then you can return in it all products.
