1. The most famous structure for joint of wooden parts is PVA glue. This structure quickly and well grabs any materials from tree and dries less, than per day. Durability of adherend designs reaches 60 kg/cm2. The seam after drying is not allocated for the surfaces of wood. For convenience it is recommended to apply glue with soft not fleecy brush, and the surface of parts needs to impregnate PVA on 0.5-1 mm.
2. When choosing glue it is necessary to consider its universality, the more properties and application, the better is more various than it. For example, casein glue is resistant to moisture and to big temperatures, maintains loading to 50-60 kg/cm2, but leaves marks which darken over time after drying. And here epoxy glue has any oily substances resistance. Glues various wood and completely dries in a day. It is better to use epoxy mixes at repair of the broken products from tree. The polyurethane structure is resistant to any loadings, moisture resistant, also very well fills seams on adherend surface.
3. Prior to pasting it is necessary to dry tree, the humidity should not be more than 15-18%. Also it is necessary to make sure that both preparations have identical humidity, otherwise after drying gluing seam will be fragile.
4. Further it is necessary to smooth out surfaces and to try to adjust as it is possible more densely to each other. It is necessary to apply with the next stage glue on all adherend parts and to press them to each other. Glue is applied with brush or brush layer not less than 0.15 mm thick. To keep under cargo about 50-60 minutes with loading from 0.2 to 1.5 MPas. After hardening of seam it is not necessary to give load of product within a day.
5. Always consider features of glue. Glue "BF" differs in durability (up to 50 kg/cm2) and durability of adherend connections. Quickly dries, in hour it is possible to use finished product. If necessary it is possible to reduce setting time of surfaces, but for this purpose it is necessary to warm mix.
6. Titebond - this waterproof glue is suitable for connection of any breeds of tree. Dries quickly enough. All-purpose adhesive is also applied at various requirements to adherend products.
7. Glue "Moment" is used for pasting of various designs and elements from tree. Completely dries only in 24 hours therefore it is recommended to apply structure on both parts of wooden product, to sustain from 3 to 7 minutes then to clamp in vice and to leave for day to dry. "Moment" has the increased moisture resistance and with the durability up to 60 kg/cm2, is also resistant to various fungi.
8. Sindetikonovy glue is applied not only to pasting of wooden products among themselves, but also to fastening of tree with any material. Glue dries about day, but previously it is necessary to warm and wait for it when it enough inflates.
