1. The amaranth is resistant to different wreckers and diseases, well transfers drought and direct sunshine, is capable to feel perfectly at temperature over 20 °C. It is possible to sow amaranth as before freezing of the soil (subwinter crops) and when the earth gets warm up to the temperature of 10 °C at depth of 3-4 cm. 2. On forage animal the plant is sowed row-spacings at distance by about 8-9 cm, on seeds the distance has to be not less than 15 cm.
