Advantages of gas boilers are obvious – they create heat in the house. But at all the advantages this device possesses one essential shortcoming. Often its exterior does not fit at all into design of kitchen where it is normal it and establish. It is simple to correct it – to build cabinet enough for gas boiler which will differ in nothing from the objects surrounding it.
1. Measure boiler dimensions. Make the sketch of design on paper. The sizes of cabinet have to be more dimensions of boiler extensively on 50-100 mm.
2. With the received sizes of the front panel address to firm on production of furniture and order doors for cabinet in openwork execution. It is necessary for ensuring ventilation. After production of doors, proceeding from their actual sizes, draw the final sketch of design.
3. Transfer lines of the sketch to surface of walls and floor. Lines have to go parallel to the boiler planes. On all lines fix the UD metalprofile. The profile fastens by means of dowels.
4. Proceeding from the sizes of gas boiler, cut out horizontal and vertical parts of framework from the CD profile.
5. Collect all design of framework by means of the screw driver and self-tapping screws on metal. Vertical racks in the place of fastening of doors have to be double.
6. Around pipe of gas boiler you will mount framework from metalprofile. Begin work from profile around boiler and finish with ceiling. Frameworks have to be connected among themselves.
7. Miss the mark internal part of sheets of gypsum cardboard with special liquid against fire of the cardboard basis. Sew up all planes with the processed sheets, including framework around pipe.
8. Progruntuyte all surfaces. On all corners of design by means of putty attach perforated corner. Putty all joints and dents from self-tapping screws.
9. On sidewalls of box make air vents with a diameter of 25-30 mm. Their final quantity is defined by practical consideration at the included boiler.
10. Establish front openwork doors. Turn on boiler. After several working hours determine the level of heating of external part of boiler. If it is necessary drill some more air vents.
11. Putty outer surfaces. Jam all roughnesses the metal gauze. After that make cabinet decor according to the general design of the room.
