Instruction
1. For a start measure aperture dimensions: on the right, at the left and in the middle and also its width – below, on half of height and above. Besides, make measurements on vertical position, linearity and perpendicularity of the parties of aperture.
2. Remove old door, remove loops and cashing in on both sides, prepare the place for installation of new compartment door.
3. By means of the palette level walls, cover slots and cracks. If it is required, then create aperture by means of gypsum cardboard, the upper part of aperture and floor have to be horizontal and parallel (you check these values by means of tape measure or level). Sides have to be also vertical and parallel among themselves, admissible deviation no more than 5 mm.
4. You do marking under the top guide. You put door cloth on the lower guide, over door opening you mark the place and you fix guide which was fixed in advance by dowels to bar by 40х40 mm, it is strict on marking.
5. From each party of the top guide establish special stoppers which will interfere with spontaneous opening and closing of doors. When everything is ready, can pass to installation of door. Establish the top rollers on the top guide, raise door and fix the lower rollers on the lower guide.
6. Well and at the end install decorative panels, them you fix by means of self-tapping screws which then you close decorative buttons. The door is ready, after installation check it, having given a ride in both directions, thus you check smoothness and softness of the course of door and also how it is fixed when opening and closing.
