So, you have decided to make own gym of improvised materials. The main exercises which develop your muscle bulk in the most effective way are carried out with bar. To carry out them with big scales, you will need racks for bar.

1. Address on the plant any familiar mechanic. Previously find two thick pipes with a diameter not less than 5 cm on some building. Ask the mechanic that he has sawn off round timber about 3-7 cm from the end of one of pipes and has sawn it in half hacksaw. At you to turn out two "cups" which the mechanic has to weld on each of your pipes. On these "cups" you will put signature stamp after exercise performance. Their semicircular form (in the form of half moon) will not allow bar to roll down or fall.
2. Depending on exercises which you will carry out on your racks pick up stack height. If you are going to do squats, then the pipe has to tower above the ground on height of your growth minus 20 cm (that you could put and remove without effort bar from the turned-out racks). If you carry out press lying, then height of pipes will depend on length of your hands. You have to lay down on bench which you assume to use for press, to extend hands. The pipe has to tower above the ground on height of your hands minus 10 cm.
3. Make drill of small diameter (will be suitable for winter fishing) two holes at least 1 m in depth. The distance between holes has to be not less than 1.5 m, otherwise you will not be able comfortably to be engaged and racks will disturb you. Also for stability of design weld lateral pipe (it is possible more smaller diameter) on two pipes prepared in advance with "cups". The cross-piece has to allow to establish freely turned-out design in the made holes and to be from the earth in 10-15 cm.
4. Establish the prepared design in holes. It is desirable to cement space between walls of hole and the basis of each of pipes. If there is no such opportunity, then throw crushed brick there and stamp it some stick. Cover everything with earth and stamp the earth. At you racks for bar have turned out.
